This month's club meeting will be Tue Mar 13, 8pm at Levity Brewing Co.

10th Anniversary Celebration

On Thursday, October 26, club members gathered at Levity Brewing Co. starting at 7pm to celebrate the club's 10-year anniversary. On hand were several beers brewed from the wort share, ranging from saisons and pale ales to stouts - quite a vast array from the same starting point that really showcased the talent and creativity of our members!

Also on hand was a sixtel of the barrel-aged stout collaboration. The best way to describe this was 'oaky Guinness', and we drank quite a bit of it. The remaining stout was taken by Levity to Beers of the Burgh the following weekend.

The March club meeting will be Tue Mar 14 at 8pm, hosted by Levity Brewing Co. We'll be discussing our club activity for our upcoming 10 year anniversary in October. Use your best judgement with the weather!

October Homebrew Club Meeting

The October homebrew club meeting with be held Tue Oct 11 at 8pm at Levity Brewing Co. In addition to sampling member homebrews and Levity beer, the folks at Levity will be presenting an off-flavors demonstration and tasting - great educational experience for new and experienced homebrewers alike.
